Carmen Porras

I am delighted to introduce Carmen, a valued member of our team at Somos Immigration Law. Carmen’s background and dedication make her an invaluable asset in our mission to serve Colorado’s immigrant community.

Born and raised in the South Denver area, Carmen’s family migrated from Durango, Mexico, in the late 90s. As the youngest of three siblings, Carmen grew up in a Spanish-speaking household and learned English as a second language. Her personal experiences give her a unique understanding of the challenges facing immigrants in our community.

Prior to joining Somos Immigration Law, Carmen worked as a Front Desk Administrator at an Immigration Law Firm, where she honed her customer service skills over four years of assisting Spanish speaking clients. She has a deep commitment to ensuring that clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures receive the support they need.

In her role at Somos Immigration Law, Carmen serves as the key point of contact for our clients. She plays a vital role in prioritizing their needs, keeping them updated on their cases, and gathering essential information. Her dedication to excellent communication ensures that every client feels supported and well-served by our firm.

Outside of work, Carmen enjoys spending time dancing, attending horse races, and staying active at the gym. Her vibrant personality and passion for serving others make her a valuable member of our team.
